Senior Architect, Information Systems - Databricks - Remote

Job Summary
Lead enterprise data and analytics transformation initiatives using Databricks and modern cloud technologies. Serve as the subject matter expert for Databricks Lakehouse, Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, and Data Governance while defining future-state architecture, standards, and roadmaps. Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions, driving adoption of automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and DataOps. Partner with executives, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver strategic outcomes, providing hands-on architectural leadership from solution design through implementation. Lead architecture reviews, governance, and technology decision-making while mentoring architects and engineers. Ensure platform reliability, scalability, performance, security, and cost optimization. Accelerate enterprise modernization and establish scalable, governed, AI-ready data ecosystems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- 2+ years of hands-on technical implementation experience in mid to large IT Enterprise environments
- 5-6 years of IT technical experience with IT enterprise infrastructure
- 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience
