Senior Architect (Hybrid/Remote)

Prepare, review, and execute proposals and contracts while managing project budgets and identifying requests for additional services. Research client expectations to ensure scope and criteria are met, then oversee production and certify specifications, drawings, and reports. Perform QA/QC, conduct construction site observations, and provide written reports. Schedule project teams, assign tasks, track workflows, and manage coordination meetings. Mentor and train Architects and technical staff, keeping Discipline Leads informed of progress and challenges.
