Job Summary
Lead design development, documentation, and delivery for a major health project, coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and resolving complex design interfaces. Translate design intent into well-resolved, coordinated project information while managing detailed design packages and Revit models. Resolve technical challenges across architecture, landscape, interior, and urban design disciplines to support inclusive, sustainable community outcomes. Requires architectural registration or eligibility, strong Revit capability, and experience with large, complex clinical environments. Hybrid work arrangements and inter-studio transfer opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience working across design development and documentation phases
- Experience delivering large, complex and highly serviced projects
- Strong architectural design and technical resolution skills
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and resolving complex design interfaces
- Ability to develop and coordinate detailed DD and documentation packages
- Strong Revit capability and experience working within multidisciplinary project models
- Confidence working with clients, consultants and broader project teams
- Ability to take ownership of areas of a project while working collaboratively within a larger team
- Health project experience, including hospitals or other clinical environments
- Architectural registration, or eligibility for registration
