Job Summary
Senior Architect (Hands-On) leading the design and delivery of next-generation, AI-driven agentic solutions across the Client Servicing and Money Movement portfolio. Defines the architectural vision, target operating environment, and non-functional requirements; collaborates with stakeholders and service providers to align architectural decisions with business strategy. Leads complex architecture design, facilitates solution-driven discussions, and provides options to resolve impediments. Acts as hands-on technical leader to guide AI/ML and distributed-systems initiatives, evaluates technology stacks, performs design and code reviews to ensure security, performance, scalability, maintainability, and reliability. Requires deep expertise in LangChain, LLMs, vector databases, hybrid search, cloud microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and financial services security and compliance while driving innovation and delivering scalable AI-enabled capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering and architecture experience, with recent focus on AI/ML and distributed systems
- Proven track record building enterprise-scale solutions within financial services or regulated environments
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and agentic architectures
- Strong understanding of client servicing and/or money movement processes (e.g., payments, transfers, ACH, wires)
- Experience designing AI-driven workflow automation or digital assistants
- Knowledge of risk, compliance, and fraud detection in financial transactions
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, RASA, or similar
- Demonstrated success taking AI solutions from POC to production scale
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
