Job Summary
Lead project development, client relationships, and implementation in coordination with the Project Manager and Project Designer. Oversee quality assurance, adherence to practice standards, and protocol compliance while aligning design intent with schedules, budgets, and profitability targets. Spearhead conceptual design and technical strategies, coordinating all disciplines to present solutions to stakeholders. Mentor teams to produce high-quality deliverables, ensuring timely delivery and managing client expectations through effective engagement. Execute quality control measures throughout all project phases while maintaining clear communication on design intent. Submit current portfolio samples in PDF format for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree in Architecture
- professional licensure
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architecture
- Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and other standard architecture software
- Ability to lead sustainable design principles in technical plans and deliverables
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong organizational abilities
- Active participation in professional organizations and involvement in marketing and business development activities
