Senior Architect - Data Center

Senior Architect for data center projects responsible for managing technical aspects of large/complex tasks, ensuring delivery aligns with time, quality, budget, and health-and-safety objectives. Lead delivery of project elements within one discipline, coordinate and manage teams of designers and technicians, review and quality assure work, guide creative decision-making, oversee workload and resource allocation, collaborate across sectors to maintain design integrity, identify process improvements, and provide technical direction and mentorship to the project team. Develop effective stakeholder relationships and budgets for GEC scope elements, with emphasis on design from concept through to detailed design and compliance with building regulations. Proficient in Design, Autocad, Sketchup, Revit, Adobe Suite, Lumion, Enscape; knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection is advantageous. Strong communication and presentation skills across disciplines.
