Job Summary
Senior Architect needed to lead and manage projects and a design team from our Tallahassee, FL office. Full-time role overseeing the entire project life cycle from concept through design, documentation, and construction phase services; responsible for schedules, budgets, resources, client communication, and mentoring architects and designers. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical design capabilities, track record of delivering high-quality documents, and ability to lead client-facing activities, proposals, hiring, and training of studio staff. Required licensure and a minimum of 10 years in a professional firm; proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Lumion, and related design/construction tools. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Professional Architect License/Registration required
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a professional firm
