Senior Architect

Lead and manage the technical design and production process from concept through construction, coordinating project teams to deliver solutions meeting client specifications. Serve as the technical authority and primary resource for project teams and clients, ensuring quality assurance and control of construction documents with a focus on detail accuracy and buildability. Mentor and support the growth of junior staff through hands-on guidance and technical training while guiding teams through all technical phases of design and documentation. This role requires strong project management, attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to uphold BL Companies' values of accountability, proactivity, and integrity within a multidisciplinary environment.
