Job Summary
Lead the delivery of fully coordinated design documents across disciplines, oversee and evaluate the architectural team, coordinate design delivery and document preparation, participate in project reviews and design discussions, balance creativity with constraints, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality solutions for healing, learning, and discovery environments. Requires accredited architecture degree, currentRegistered Architect status (NCARB preferred), 15+ years of experience, and a strong emphasis on sustainability and collaborative, purpose-driven design.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- Licensure: Registered Architect with current registration; NCARB certification preferred
- Experience: 15+ years architectural experience; experience in healing, learning, or discovery environments preferred
- Experience: Large-project experience with oversight of project scope preferred
- Knowledge: Sustainability strategies and related rating systems
- Credentials: Licensure and NCARB preferred
