Job Summary
The Senior Architect will lead significant aviation projects, provide mentorship to junior team members, and foster collaborative relationships among senior staff. Responsibilities include client management, project scope development, design documentation, production coordination, and financial oversight. Experience in architectural design with an emphasis on airport terminal or landside projects at medium to large hub airports is preferred, alongside strong analytical, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited university or a 4-year degree with a Master of Architecture.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in an architectural design and project management role.
- A licensed architect is required.
- Large/complex project/program experience is required.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Good public speaking ability.
- Strong project financial management skills.
- Knowledge of production support systems.
- Personal computer proficiency in MS Office Suite.
