Job Summary
Provides senior level support for designing and maintaining the security framework for AI and machine learning systems at Molina. Key responsibilities include designing secure AI/ML architectures on Microsoft Azure and Databricks, conducting threat modeling and risk assessments for AI/ML systems, and integrating security controls within the machine learning lifecycle. Requires a strong background in cybersecurity, particularly in securing AI/ML workloads, with proficiency in Python and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior cybersecurity role
- Proven experience securing AI/ML workloads
- Deep understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle and MLOps practices
- Strong understanding of network, application, and data security controls
- Demonstrated knowledge of the unique security challenges of AI/ML systems
- Proficient in Python
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of Agentic AI security
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Familiarity with MLSecOps principles and tools
- Professional certifications such as CISSP or CCSP
- Experience supporting agile teams
- Experience designing Generative AI (GenAI) solutions
