Job Summary
Senior Architect with strong expertise in cladding and facade design to lead complex facade packages across residential and commercial office projects. Involves early design coordination through delivery, collaborating with internal teams, consultants and contractors to ensure high-quality technical outcomes. Requires ownership of facade elements, ability to mentor junior team members, autonomous work style, and a proactive, well-organised approach within a hybrid London-area studio environment. Required Qualifications
- Significant post qualification experience at Senior Architect level
- Strong background in cladding and facade design and delivery across multiple project stages
- Proven experience working on residential and or commercial office projects
- Excellent technical knowledge of building envelopes, materials and construction detailing
- Ability to manage and coordinate facade packages alongside multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with consultants and contractors
- Revit is not essential, with the focus being on technical expertise and sector knowledge
- Ability to work autonomously while supporting and mentoring more junior team members
- Highly organised with a proactive and professional approach
