Job Summary
Senior Archer GRC Solution Engineer to support the Archer Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform within Fidelity’s Corporate Services Technology. The role contributes to development, maintenance, testing, and support of Archer 6.x GRC applications, designs complex On-Demand Applications (ODAs) and advanced workflows, and collaborates with Compliance and Risk partners. The candidate will work with web technologies (CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML), Python and SQL for data analysis, automation, reporting, integration, and custom reporting; create and manage data feeds and integrations (RESTful APIs); translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications; mentor other developers; and may leverage Snowflake and Power BI as a plus. Certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CISSP, or GRCP are desirable. Required Qualifications
- Experience with Archer GRC applications and platform
- Advanced knowledge of web technologies (CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML)
- Hands-on experience with Python and SQL for data analysis, automation, reporting, integration
- Experience with RESTful APIs and data integration
- Ability to translate user needs into technical specifications
- Strong critical thinking and mentoring skills
- GRC/risk certifications nice to have (CRISC, CISM, CISSP, GRCP)
