Job Summary
Senior Applied Value Engineer focused on AI-driven process intelligence solutions. You will lead technical pre-sales, define AI roadmaps, prototype machine learning and generative AI solutions, and build ROI/TCO business cases for customers. Responsibilities include AI discovery and solutioning, rapid prototyping in customer hackathons, architecting agentic AI deployments with RAG and guardrails, delivering end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects, and ensuring adoption and realized value. You’ll work with executives to translate business requirements into high-impact AI use cases across sectors such as supply chain or finance, leveraging Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch), and communicating outcomes through whiteboard sessions and demos. Qualifications include 4+ years in technical pre-sales, experience with LLM orchestration, and a Bachelor’s Degree with a Master’s preferred; hybrid remote work in India is supported. In this role you’ll help scale Celonis’ AI-enabled Process Intelligence Platform, prototyping solutions, demonstrating value to customers, and guiding successful deployments.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales
- defining AI roadmaps
- prototyping of machine learning and generative AI solutions
- Understanding of generative AI techniques (RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning)
- knowledge of Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch)
- experience translating business needs into AI use cases
- strong presentation skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters Degree in CS/engineering/mathematics or related fields, or equivalent work experience preferred
