Job Summary
Senior Applied Diffusion Engineer to lead the development of controllable image generation systems focused on fashion, styling, and visual consistency. Design, train, and productionise LoRA pipelines and fine-tuning, develop controllable image generation systems using Flux, SDXL, ControlNet, IP-Adapter, and related tooling, build production-ready ComfyUI workflows, create outfit generation and visual styling pipelines aligned with ASOS product data, improve generation realism and brand alignment, collaborate with Studios/Design/Marketing/Product to operationalise GenAI workflows, develop evaluation frameworks for image quality and model performance, optimize inference and GPU utilization with platform engineers, and explore new approaches in multimodal AI and fashion generation. Proficiency in PyTorch and diffusion model ecosystems, hands-on experience with LoRAs/DreamBooth/large vision models, and familiarity with Flux, Stable Diffusion XL, Diffusers, ComfyUI, ControlNet, and IP-Adapter are required. Additional strengths include computer vision concepts (segmentation, pose estimation, embeddings), production ML systems, Python, and GPU tooling; experience in fashion/e-commerce is highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with PyTorch and diffusion model ecosystems
- Hands-on experience training LoRAs, DreamBooth models, or fine-tuning large vision models
- Experience with Flux, Stable Diffusion XL, Diffusers, ComfyUI, ControlNet, and IP-Adapter
- Strong Python engineering skills
- Experience with GPU optimisation, CUDA fundamentals, TensorRT, or ONNX is advantageous
- Experience in fashion, e-commerce, creative tooling, gaming avatars, or virtual try-on is highly desirable
