Senior Applied Behavioral Scientist

Job Summary
Drive behavioral design projects end-to-end for top tech clients, translating insights into systems that change user behavior. Build relationships with senior stakeholders and form joint working teams to execute the Behavioral Design process, consulting directly with core scientists and advisors. Design experiments, write study questions, and glean insights from datasets while mocking up medium-fidelity proposals in PPT, Figma, or Sketch. Serve as the primary counterpart to senior decision-makers, requiring highly persuasive oral and written communication skills to get behavioral insights onto client roadmaps. This role offers exposure to all firm projects and significant strategic decision-making input within a small, impactful team.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience, ideally at a behavioral consultancy shop or as a behavioral scientist at a company
- Track record of driving projects end-to-end, preferably client-facing projects
- Ability to be the main counterpart to senior decision-makers at companies
- Highly effective oral communicator
- Extremely persuasive and high level written communication skills
- Ability to design experiments, write study questions and glean insights from datasets and experiments
- Ability to mock up medium-fidelity designs that represent our proposals (in ppt, figma or sketch)
- Must have industry/work experience in behavioral science
