Job Summary
Design, build, and run agentic workflows across the delivery process, covering requirements review, automated checks, early risk detection, and a knowledge base. Build reusable components, skills, and patterns for tool integrations, feedback loops, and identity management. Own quality end to end by designing evals, monitoring agents in production, and managing observability, cost, guardrails, and security. Design human-in-the-loop workflows where corrections flow back into prompts and components to drive continuous improvement. Embed with delivery teams to understand work flows and identify where agents create the most leverage. Drive internal AI adoption by delivering agents through existing tools and establishing best practices.
