Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain internal applications including the vendor inspections app, OneSite, CLM, and GOS while translating business needs into technical requirements. Partner with the CTO to troubleshoot issues, support testing and rollout, and research new tools for process improvement. Maintain SOC compliance documentation, coordinate audit evidence gathering, and monitor control adherence to keep the company audit-ready. Serve as a hands-on resource for development and compliance priorities while identifying workflow streamlining opportunities. This role requires weekly in-person meetings with the CTO in San Diego.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in application development, business systems/applications support, or a related technical role
- Experience building or supporting internal business applications (custom apps, low-code/no-code platforms, CRM/CLM systems, or similar)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across development and compliance work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in close, ongoing partnership with executive leadership
- Based in or able to commute to San Diego for weekly in-person meetings with the CTO
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with SOC 2 (or similar) compliance documentation and audit support
