Job Summary
Elicit stakeholder needs, analyze business requirements, and evaluate risk for assigned applications while maintaining and troubleshooting systems daily. Ensure applications utilize full functionality through business process reviews that drive efficiency and client experience improvements. Lead or participate in projects such as system upgrades and bank integrations, collaborating across departments to implement initiatives using standard best practices. Maintain reporting systems for actionable business decisions, manage disaster recovery plans, and ensure all application changes follow standard processes with minimal exceptions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- A minimum of three (3) years of application/business/systems analyst experience in a financial industry environment
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations or a related field
- Direct Banking experience, including exposure to and understanding of bank structure/operations
- Technical certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA, and/or Cisco
- Foxtrot Certification
- Knowledge of SQL, SAS Visual Analytics, SSRS, or other reporting technology
- Payment Certifications (AAP, NCP, and/or APRP)
