Senior Application Support Manager

Provide first-line production support for critical wealth management applications, resolving and investigating system issues across securities, futures, and stock options trading platforms including internet and mobile channels. Lead vendor and in-house teams to implement IT solutions, execute internal testing for system upgrades with documented results, and manage enhancements for in-house programs like SQL queries. Assist in user acceptance testing, execute system deployments, and oversee system upgrades or new projects adhering to change management policies. Perform rotated health checks to maintain stability for local and global markets while offering phone or remote support during non-office hours.
