Job Summary
Lead resolution of complex application issues and customer escalations while managing critical incidents and driving root cause analysis. Provide advanced troubleshooting and application expertise to stakeholders, partnering with Product and Development teams to improve solutions and operational performance. Mentor Application Specialists and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Clinical Diagnostics portfolio. Requires significant experience in application support within healthcare technology, laboratory workflows, or life sciences, including familiarity with LIMS, LIS, or EMR systems.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in application support, technical support, healthcare technology, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Laboratory experience within clinical diagnostics, pathology, healthcare or life sciences
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and diagnostic testing processes
- Experience managing complex customer issues, escalations and major incidents
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience supporting LIMS, LIS, EMR or other healthcare applications
- Experience within diagnostics, pathology, healthcare technology or digital health
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence or ITIL-based service environments
