Job Summary
Senior Application Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics (remote-based with SEA travel) responsible for technical application, training, and marketing support for pre-sales and post-sales activities with emphasis on Clinical Chemistry, and cross-functional support in Hematology, Immunoassay, and prospective Automation. Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting, installation support, calibration (IQ/OQ/PQ), data analysis of instrument logs, and issue resolution. Lead application trainings, develop materials, and deliver presentations for internal/external stakeholders; support product initiatives, respond to customer needs, and drive instrument uptime. Collaborate with Field Service, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams; engage with VIP customers; participate in tenders and consumables management; and travel within SEA as needed. Strong English communication and customer-facing skills are essential; remote work arrangement available. Travel approximately 5% within SEA.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in Med Tech or Science related subject
