Senior Application & Operations Analyst

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly card landscape processes to ensure accurate transaction processing, billing, reporting, and reconciliations. Analyze errors and operational issues to identify root causes and implement durable solutions that prevent future incidents. Manage data exchange between the card platform, customers, suppliers, networks, and external partners while supporting users with incident and change request handling. Develop financial and commercial reporting to assist management, sales teams, and customers in decision-making. Lead new card system releases from impact analysis and configuration through testing, quality control, and knowledge transfer. Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs without compromising quality or reliability. Collaborate on strategic projects involving new card solutions, innovative technologies, and service growth while managing security processes and system integrity. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, track performance and budgets, and ensure all activities comply with audit requirements, security guidelines, and internal procedures.
