Job Summary
Senior Application Manager responsible for owning and administering the testing tool landscape, managing user access, roles and permissions across testing tools, ensuring reliable tool integrations across test management, ITSM, CI/CD, test automation, and reporting platforms. Lead standardised workflows, evaluate new tools via RFPs and PoCs, provide L2/L3 support, manage tool licences and cost analyses, drive tool landscape optimisation, maintain test/defect management processes, and collaborate with infrastructure teams for server maintenance and environment provisioning. Strong experience in tool administration, enterprise tooling integration, and vendor/licence management; familiar with ALM/Jira/Xray/qTest/Azure DevOps, APIs, and CI/CD tooling; English proficiency; experience with BI/reporting tools and ITIL/SAFe is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in tool administration, application management or DevOps engineering
- Strong technical skills — ability to architect, integrate and troubleshoot enterprise tool landscapes
- Experience with application lifecycle management tools (e.g. ALM, Jira, Xray, qTest or Azure DevOps)
- Solid understanding of integration architecture (APIs, webhooks, ETL, middleware)
- Proven experience with vendor and licence management
- Good command of written and spoken English
