Job Summary
Senior Application Engineer to support Account Executives and Sales; collaborate with customers to provide guidance on product orders and proposals; develop proposals and valve-automation solutions; grow valve automation business and meet sales goals; provide technical services including start-up, checkout, and calibration; ensure on-time delivery and resolve order/invoice issues; identify new sales opportunities and support account plans; participate in quality and safety programs and ongoing training; maintain customer information and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical engineering
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles
- self-motivated and driven by growth
- authorization to work in the United States
