Job Summary
Senior Application Developer responsible for designing, developing and operating integration components in Java 21 with Spring, delivering production-ready integration solutions across public and on-prem environments; performs proofs of concepts to evaluate non-functional requirements, automates processes, prototypes designs, and collaborates with cross-functional teams including Development, Operations, Compliance and Security. Provides mentorship and guidance to other team members, supports end-to-end testing for non-functional requirements, evaluates new technologies, and advises management based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 8 years related work experience
- Experience with Java 21, Spring Framework, Spring Boot
- Experience delivering Software Integration solutions
- Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL
- Experience with JMS/AMQP and Kafka
- Strong communication skills and mentoring experience
