Senior Application Analyst - SAP PPDS

Job Summary
Senior Application Analyst responsible for SAP PPDS, Digital Manufacturing and Quality Management configurations, upgrades, and enhancements. Serves as primary end-user support contact, guides workflow design, builds and tests system changes, and ensures alignment of business needs with IT delivery. Leads and mentors a team of analysts, coordinates with business stakeholders and external partners, develops documentation, participates in training, troubleshoots issues, and drives continuous improvement of the Digital Manufacturing platform. Requires deep knowledge of PPDS, SAP configuration, and integration with SAP MM/PP, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to support production planning and manufacturing-related processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field OR High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions, either in an application analyst or project delivery role
- Demonstrated ability to understand and apply industry best practices
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation
- Preferred: In-depth knowledge of PPDS, Digital Manufacturing and Quality Management design and configuration in SAP
- Preferred: SAP MM/PP design and configuration
- Experience leading teams of analysts and directing work of others
- Understanding of integration points between PPDS, Digital Manufacturing and Quality modules of SAP
- Experience leading complex projects and coordinating work amongst a cross-functional team
