Job Summary
Design and configure SAP PPDS, Digital Manufacturing, and Quality Management applications, resolving production issues and guiding workflow design. Lead estimation and scope for enhancement requests, while troubleshooting technical problems and updating stakeholders on incident resolution. Create system documentation, train end-users, and mentor team members to drive continuous improvement in lab operations. Liaise with business stakeholders and vendor implementation staff to align system changes with operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 12 years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions, either in an application analyst or project delivery role
- Demonstrated ability to understand and apply industry best practices
- Strong computer skills to include internet navigation and email usage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation

- Consistent onsite work in Madison, WI, up to four days per week

Desired Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of PPDS, Digital Manufacturing and Quality Management design and configuration in SAP
- In-depth knowledge of SAP MM/PP design and configuration
- Experience leading teams of analysts and directing work of others
- Understanding of integration points between PPDS, Digital Manufacturing and Quality modules of SAP
- Experience leading complex projects and coordinating work amongst a cross-functional team
