Job Summary
Design and configure SAP systems for forecasting and planning applications, resolving end-user issues and performing impact analysis for system changes. Build, test, and document solutions while leading estimation of enhancement requests and guiding workflow design. Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to align business needs with delivery, providing production support and mentorship to junior analysts. Act as a subject matter expert to drive continuous improvement in operational workflows and technical processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 12 years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions, either in an application analyst or project delivery role
- Demonstrated ability to understand and apply industry best practices
- Strong computer skills to include internet navigation and email usage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation

- This role requires consistent onsite work in Madison, WI, up to four days per week

Desired Qualifications
- Experience configuring business systems software in a life science, healthcare, or related industry
- Ability to architect and provide technical support of SAP systems and related environments such as IBP and Production Planning, and it's functionality
- Understanding of SAP Security architecture and implementation methods
- Experience in S/4 HANA, SAP cloud Solutions, and Fiori
