Job Summary
Senior Installation Associate responsible for delivering, installing, and removing a wide variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings. Acts as a resource to sales associates during quotation and after the sale, participates in pre-installation and post-installation inspections, maintains organized parts storage and company trucks, coordinates with Area Installation Manager, and uses data-entry and reporting tools to build project materials. Requires 2+ years of hands-on experience with high-end appliances, valid state license, ability to lift heavy objects, and leadership capabilities; comprehensive customer service and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience installing high-end household appliances (e.g., built-in refrigeration, downdraft systems, ventilation hoods)
- Valid state issued license is required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Possession of a DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- With the assistance of lifting equipment such as stair climber, oven lifts, and/or air sled, the ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally
- Pre-employment drug and background screening required
