Job Summary
Own technical delivery of Appian solutions across workflow, automation, and integration; design, build, and deploy Appian applications; lead solution and integration design; translate business requirements into workflow solutions; drive quality via code reviews; mentor engineers; engage with clients in workshops and demos; contribute to estimation and pre-sales; reduce reliance on external vendors by delivering in-house; strong Appian BPM/automation experience; API and data structure knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience developing solutions on the Appian platform
- Strong understanding of BPM/workflow concepts and automation frameworks
- Experience developing integrations using APIs, web services, or middleware
- Proficiency in Appian design objects, process modelling, and interfaces
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Exposure to enterprise system landscapes (CRM, ERP, data platforms)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science or Information Technology
