Senior AP Specialist

Senior AP Specialist responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable across multi-entity environments, including complex invoice processing, two- and three-way matching, and intercompany transactions. Role requires supervising and coaching junior AP Specialists, resolving high-complexity exceptions, and overseeing AP activities in NetSuite and Payflows, with a focus on AI-assisted workflows, Concur/T&E processing, vendor management, month-end close, and KPI improvement. Strong emphasis on process improvement, data analysis, and compliance within an international finance context, plus ability to collaborate across time zones and drive a touchless rate through automation.
