Job Summary

Coordinate with Missile Defense Agency leadership on C2BMC system updates and perform Anti-Tamper Risk and Threat Management Assessments. Develop analysis processes for AT plans, CPI analysis, and defense exportability strategies while maintaining key management and program protection plans. Identify risk-based technical countermeasures for critical components and support verification and validation efforts. Deliver recommendations to improve program protection, brief requirements, and prepare white papers for milestone reviews and fielding decisions. Interact with customers to define SSE requirements and support project tracking, reporting, and risk mitigation plans. Keep senior management informed on major accomplishments and issues.

Required Qualifications

  • 9 or more years' related work experience
  • active IAT Level 2 certification
  • active Secret U.S. Security Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Ability to obtain access to an MDA facility
  • candidate acceptance by industry partner resource control board
  • Must be a self-starter who is able to initiate research and clearly document results

Desired Qualifications

  • advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
  • ABET accreditation
  • A demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team of high performing individuals across a multi-site, multi-discipline organization
  • Ability to analyze high level needs and through a structured and logical approach to refine the need into an evolving minimum viable product (MVP) that leads to a fielded product
  • Excellent communications skills required (written and verbal)
  • Able to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings
  • Able to write and implement engineering plans within a project
  • Proven interaction in a team environment
  • Ideally, the selected applicant will have previously engineered automation pipelines to enable effective development within environments with rapidly changing requirements, design challenges which require novel solutions, fast-paced activities, and tight deadlines
  • An understanding of anti-tampering and exportability concerns and how to apply secure hardware/software methodologies
  • The ability to work independently and will possess the poise and flexibility required to work in a highly dynamic environment
