Job Summary
Senior Antenna Engineer to design, develop, test, and optimize antenna/array systems for DoD EW, ISR, radar and communications applications. Responsibilities include executing systems-level R&D tasks, developing prototype antenna/array systems, testing and analyzing results, writing technical reports and presentations, supporting proposals and business development, and collaborating with government and prime contractors. Qualifications include 7+ years in antenna design or RF systems, MS in Electrical Engineering (PhD preferred), experience with active phased arrays and broadband antenna systems, proficiency with CST/HFSS/Microwave Office, MATLAB/Simulink, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, and US citizenship. Occasional travel is required.

- M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering with 7+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
- US Citizenship required
