Job Summary
Senior Angular Software Engineer role focused on designing and delivering enterprise-scale, distributed frontend and backend solutions within a financial risk and business intelligence platform. Responsibilities include architecting and building with Angular, leading technical discussions and mentoring engineers, advancing DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, integrating across upstream data sources and downstream consumers, and owning the full application lifecycle. Requires extensive Angular experience (8+ years), strong SQL Server capabilities, leadership track record, DevOps tooling proficiency (Git, Jenkins/Tekton), and familiarity with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift). Preference for finance-domain knowledge and an advanced degree; the role offers a hybrid working model in Warsaw, Poland, with up to 2 days per week work from home, and a comprehensive benefits package. Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience
- Angular expertise
- Strong command of SQL and experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Leadership and mentorship experience
- CI/CD principles and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Tekton)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferred: Financial domain knowledge; advanced degree (MS/PhD)
- Experience with real-time analytics and OLAP datastores (e.g., Apache Pinot)
- Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
