Job Summary
Build intuitive, stable mobile trading experiences using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern Android APIs. Lead the full lifecycle of product features from technical design through implementation and release. Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend Engineers, and Data Scientists to create solutions for core order flows and trading state updates. Champion engineering best practices to ensure code quality and scalability while mentoring junior developers and elevating team standards. This role requires 6+ years of Android experience and strong collaboration skills. Based in Menlo Park, CA or New York City, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional experience developing Android applications
- Proficiency with Kotlin and/or Java
- Strong grasp of Android SDK and architecture patterns like MVVM
- Experience using Jetpack Compose
- Experience using Coroutines & Flow or RxJava
- Experience using libraries such as Retrofit and Room
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York City, NY office
