Job Summary
Design and develop high-quality Android applications for complex electronic payment solutions within an agile delivery process. Support architectural direction and solution specification for new services, contributing to estimation efforts at a T-shirt sizing level. Execute complex development tasks including unit testing, debugging, and validation activities such as component and system integration tests. Implement monitoring and logging solutions for enterprise production environments while partnering with developers and analysts to identify business needs. Document software architectures and E2E solutions, ensuring quality assurance across all deliverables. Transfer knowledge and support team members through active educational development.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years' experience in designing and developing Android, web and services based applications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as computer science, business informatics or mathematics
- Comparable education or professional experience
- Strong skills and in-depth experience Java/Kotlin/Android
- UI development, optimal performance, adaptation to various screen sizes
- Be up to date with the latest Android application development trends
- Expertise in Android - understanding of the platform
- experience with Android ROM
- Familiar with 3rd party libraries for Android
- Familiarity with databases and schema design
- MySQL
