Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern architecture patterns like MVVM and Clean Architecture. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs while optimizing performance, stability, and security. Write unit and UI tests, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers within an Agile environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, QA, and Backend to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly mobile applications.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional Android development experience
- Strong expertise in Kotlin
- Experience with Jetpack Compose
- Experience with MVVM
- Experience with Clean Architecture
- Experience with Coroutines
- Experience with Flow
- Experience with Android Jetpack libraries
- Strong understanding of Android SDK
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle
- Strong understanding of Material Design
- Experience with Git
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience integrating REST APIs
- Strong debugging skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good written English
- Good verbal English
Desired Qualifications
- Java experience
- Knowledge of Firebase services (Analytics, Crashlytics, Push Notifications)
- Familiarity with Google Play Store release process
- Experience with GraphQL
- Experience with dependency injection (Hilt/Dagger)
- Knowledge of modular architecture
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso, Mockito)
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
