Job Summary
Conduct discovery workshops and solution assessments to translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan architectures. Design model structures, data hubs, and integrations with ERP systems while managing migration roadmaps from legacy platforms. Build enterprise-grade models, configure planning scenarios, and develop executive dashboards for reporting and analytics. Coordinate testing, deployment, and user enablement to ensure production readiness and high adoption. Partner with stakeholders and IT teams to deliver Connected Planning solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise planning solutions
- 3+ years of hands-on Anaplan implementation experience
- Experience delivering multiple end-to-end Anaplan implementations
- Strong consulting and client-facing experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Anaplan Certified Model Builder (Level 2)
- Anaplan Solution Architect Certification
- Master Anaplanner
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of ERP and EPM platforms
- Experience in global enterprise implementations
