Senior Analytics & Insight Manager

Job Summary
Construct compelling data-led insight stories and performance reports that inform client and internal stakeholder decisions. Pull, blend, monitor, quality control, and visualize data from social, audience, paid media, and brand lift sources to define measurement frameworks and set KPIs. Build and monitor real-time dashboards using Google Sheets and Data Studio while overseeing junior team members and managing multiple projects to meet deadlines. Collaborate with Client Services, Strategy, and Paid Media teams on UK and global campaigns, joining client calls to discuss results and insights. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform analytics updates and leverage proprietary tools to streamline workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience
- Organised with high attention to detail
- Experience managing internal/external stakeholders throughout complex and/or long-term projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to write clearly - without jargon - and construct compelling insight stories using all available first and third party data
- Proficient in Google Sheets (advanced data analysis & visualisation), Looker Studio (or dashboarding in general), SQL and working with and accessing databases
- Experience using and working with data from social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok), as well as other data sources such as paid media, Google Analytics/utm etc
- Experience with third party measurement solutions such as brand lift studies and sentiment analysis
Desired Qualifications
- Creative or social media agency experience
- Experience with a range of measurement solutions, particularly ones pertaining to content/performance analysis or performance tracking
- Experience with or interest in leveraging and implementing AI tools to streamline complex workflows, provide more analysis points, support reporting, or detect wider trends
