Senior Analytics Engineering Manager

Lead multiple analytics engineering teams across several business domains, managing AE Managers and driving performance, development, and wellbeing across the organization. Own multi-quarter technical roadmaps, collaborate with senior stakeholders to invest in high-leverage initiatives, shape tooling, architecture, standards, and processes, and foster a data products mindset with clear ownership, SLAs, observability, and data contracts. Coach and develop managers, partner with Recruiting to hire diverse AE talent, and influence analytics investment to align with business priorities. Experience in analytics/BI/data engineering leadership, hands-on SQL, and ability to operate across a matrixed environment are essential. Nice-to-have experience includes marketplace/e-commerce analytics, federated data architectures, semantic/metrics layers, Python for automation, AI for data, and cross-functional analytics design.”,
