Senior Analytics Engineer

Design, build, and maintain data transformations in dbt, including facts, dimensions, and data marts, that power self-service analytics across the company. Own the semantic layer by writing and maintaining LookML, managing Looker platform administration, and ensuring the self-service experience is accurate, discoverable, and scalable. Enforce data quality through rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring throughout the transformation layer while optimizing query performance on the Snowflake data platform. Partner with Data Engineers on modeling standards and pipeline quality, then work with stakeholders across product, growth, finance, and operations to turn their data needs into reliable, well-structured data products. Drive data documentation and literacy for both technical and non-technical audiences, including AI agents.
