Job Summary
Senior Analytics Engineer to own growth analytics at 1KOMMA5°, sitting at the intersection of data engineering, marketing intelligence, and business strategy. Build and maintain core marketing data models, own the marketing data stack and pipelines (including ad platforms, Airbyte ingestion, Zoho CRM, GTM, GA4), and partner with marketers, sales, and engineers to drive data-driven decisions. Drive cross-team collaboration, mentor junior analysts and engineers, and deliver large cross-functional projects with clarity. Expect a hands-on, highly-visible role shaping marketing analytics across Europe.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in analytics engineering or data engineering
- SQL (advanced)
- BigQuery
- dbt or SQL Mesh
- GTM
- GA4
- Zoho CRM
- Airbyte
- English required
- German is a strong plus
- Experience leading cross-functional data projects
- Fluency in English; German a plus
