Job Summary
Drive the B2C collection strategy by analyzing client and operation data to measure existing action impacts and propose strategic improvements for recovery rates and credit risk management. Develop, maintain, and share data reports on debt and collection while modeling debt for provisioning in collaboration with France and Group Finance teams. Optimize credit decisions through data-driven A/B tests and workflow thresholds, acting as a key advisor to the Collection and Credit Risk Manager. Work closely with internal Finance, Ops, and Data France teams to drive process improvements and report to the COMEX France and Group.
Required Qualifications
- Solid background in data analysis and data management, such as an Analytics Engineer
- Experience in the Consulting, Finance, or Tech sectors
- Excellent SQL skills
- Excellent Python skills
- Knowledge of collection / credit subjects
- Rigorous and proactive approach to improving reports and analyses
- Ability to drive projects forward
- Ability to manage projects involving multiple internal teams
- Comfort with general data visualization tools
- Ability to synthesize analyses clearly in slides or text
- Ability to work in French and English (minimum B2-C1 level)
