Senior Analytics Engineer

Own the architecture, quality, and scalability of CloudFactory’s analytics layer. Lead a team transforming raw data into clean, well-documented, and performant data models that power trusted, data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role blends analytics engineering, data science, and technical leadership. Champion best-in-class engineering practices (version control, testing, CI/CD), build ML-ready data products, and collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Product, and Technology teams to deliver high-impact insights. Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining scalable analytics data models using DBT and Snowflake; applying dimensional modeling (Kimball/Star Schema); leading development of predictive data products to quantify user performance, churn risk, and customer health; integrating fraud analytics and anomaly detection; evaluating models; creating compelling visualizations; researching emerging methodologies including LLMs and GenAI; mentoring a team of data analysts and analytics engineers; collaborating with stakeholders to align analytics with business goals.
