Job Summary
Design, build, and optimise data products that enable data-driven decision-making across the Sizewell C programme and its supply chain. Transform complex project and operational data into trusted, scalable, and actionable insights at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence. Responsibilities include designing and implementing analytics solutions, applying advanced SQL to large-scale datasets, and leveraging platforms such as Power BI, SQL Server, and Azure Data Platform. Strong stakeholder collaboration, governance, and data quality practices are required to deliver trusted insights for one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Analytics Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or similar role
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets
- Strong knowledge of dimensional modelling, star schemas, and data warehousing principles
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks
- Experience working with complex, cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience building analytics solutions using platforms such as Power BI, SQL Server, and Azure Data Platform
