Job Summary
Senior Analytics Developer on the Data Shared Services team delivers governed analytics and decision-support solutions, including reusable Power BI datasets and dashboards, scalable Snowflake data models, and metadata/lineage practices. Partners with clinical, business, and quality leaders to translate complex needs into analytics, mentors junior team members, conducts root-cause data quality analysis, collaborates with engineering and data science teams, and drives medium-to-large scoped initiatives while improving modeling, visualization standards, and SDLC adherence. On-site in New York, NY (commutable distance to NYP) with delivery ownership of features and datasets and cross-team coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
- 3+ years of analytics/BI experience (preferably in healthcare delivery, payer, or life sciences)
- SQL and dimensional modeling
- Power BI experience: DAX, M, semantic models, RLS, performance tuning
- Epic Module Certification (Cogito) upon hire or within 6 months
