Job Summary
Senior Analytics Developer to design analytics solutions and deliver insights that inform business and clinical decision-making. Build reusable Power BI datasets and dashboards; optimize Snowflake data models; maintain clear metric definitions and data governance with Alation. Translate ambiguous business needs into governed analytics, mentor junior analytics developers, lead data quality analysis and remediation, collaborate with engineering and data science teams, and drive medium-to-large initiatives while coordinating cross-team dependencies. Must own feature and dataset delivery, promote standards for modeling, visualization, and SDLC, and operate with on-site presence at NYP.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field or related field
- 3+ years of analytics/BI experience in healthcare delivery, payer, or life sciences
- SQL and dimensional modeling experience
- Power BI experience including DAX, M, semantic models, RLS, performance tuning
- Epic Module Certification (Cogito) upon hire or within 6 months
