Job Summary
Senior Analytics Developer at JLL leading the development and optimization of Tableau-based analytics solutions within the BI team. Translate high-level business requirements into actionable, production-ready insights; provide specialist guidance on advanced analytics topics; lead proof-of-concept initiatives with measurable ROI; collaborate with data engineers and analysts to refine initiatives; engage with internal and external BI communities to stay current; build trusted relationships with stakeholders and document solutions to embed best practices across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Econometrics, Operations Research, Statistics, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Business Intelligence, Business, or Data Analyst in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated expertise in data visualization and analytical techniques, with strong proficiency in Tableau for dashboard and report development
- Proven ability to work autonomously, defining business requirements and partnering with technical teams to deliver governed, scalable solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in complex, corporate environments with geographically dispersed stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate findings into compelling narratives that drive business action
- Preferred qualifications include Alteryx, Snowflake/Amazon RDS, R/Python/SAS, agile, predictive modeling, and leading proof-of-concept initiatives
