Senior Analyst - Trustee Reporting & Controls

Job Summary
Model newly onboarded CLOs and Leveraged Loan Facilities while maintaining ongoing compliance calculations for trustee reporting relied upon by arrangers, managers, and investors. Develop, maintain, and improve reporting solutions by analyzing large data sets and building dashboards that uphold data standards across all projects. Ensure reporting and compliance needs are met within legal requirements through scenario updates, test validation, and reconciliations aligned with internal control requirements. Collaborate with internal parties and IT teams to design systems ensuring data accuracy, identify automation techniques for efficient processes, and present analytical findings to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or similar field
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret legal documents, indentures, and loan/portfolio data relating to CLOs and Leveraged Loan Facilities
- Strong experience in collateral testing, including coverage, quality test, limitations and borrowing base calcs along with waterfall mechanics, interest and principal payments and report development
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Intermediate experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with project management and managing multiple priorities and deliverables
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
- Experience with Solvas/CDO Suite/WSO platforms
- Experience building or maintaining reporting solutions in Power BI (modeling, DAX, report layouts, data transformation)
